Medieval

We feel that wearing authentic clothes from the period contributes a great deal to the overall effect we are trying to create. Costume helps put us in the right frame of mind for the music. When we rehearse or play our instruments in modern dress they feel somehow different.

Tudor

We essentially cover three musical periods - Medieval, Tudor and Cromwellian. The costumes are made by a company specialising in reenactment and film work. All natural fibres are used - shifts and shirts made of linen with wool hose, doublet and cap.

Contemporary

For some events or concerts a more contemporary look is required. We find that "all black" can look very smart for these occasions or alternatively Dinner Jacket.
